Hi everyone! This is Danny Kirk from 2Shoes, and today I am going to talk about problems. Let's face it, problems happen to everyone. Whether it is your event space canceling your reservation, or losing 5 ARS clickers that your boss told you to keep track of. These things happen to us all. What matters in this situation is how you handle them. First of all, when people are stressed out about a problem their view of time gets wildly distorted. So, make sure to respond quickly even if it just with a simple, "Hey, I am working to resolve this ASAP". Next, you need to take care of the problem. Be sure to Triage the situation by figuring out what is most critical to solve, and how long it will take. The critical part is keeping everyone updated along the way to make sure that they don't feel like they are forgotten about. It is incredible how people consider problem solvers heroes. Sometimes it can be the smallest thing to solve but becomes one of these solvers will make you a respected member of any team.
